Toronto Bed & Breakfast Reservation Service is Toronto's original, most established bed and breakfast reservation service, now in our 31st year.

Our Mission
Since 1978 our mission has been to offer a free service to visitors to our city by providing them with access to good quality accommodation at reasonable prices. We have a worldwide reputation, and we inspect all the homes regularly to ensure they continue to meet our high standards.

Our Prices 
All our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. When we quote you a price by telephone or e-mail, it will be the price per room per night for the number of persons you have indicated, including breakfast, parking (if available) and taxes where applicable.  There will be no hidden extras.

Reservations
You conveniently book directly with us. For bookings of one week or less, we require the first night as a deposit and we can take this on Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club.  The deposit may increase for longer reservations.

Once we have received your deposit by either telephone, e-mail or fax and confirmed availability, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation, including the host's name, address and telephone number, and directions on how to get to the home.

Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy for most homes is that you may cancel up to ten full days prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee and any costs we may have incurred for long distance faxes and telephone calls.  The cancellation fee is $2 per room for each day between the date the reservation is made and the date the reservation is cancelled, with a minimum of $20 per room or 5% of the total reservation price, whichever is greater.

We regret that for cancellations made with less than ten days notice the deposit is not refundable. There are no refunds or adjustments after arrival.  'No Shows' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.

Occasionally, for special events or longer term bookings, we may advise you of an extended minimum cancellation period.
